I only now (Feb. 2020) saw this. I have seen Ms. Yanaka for at least the last few years on NHK news programs from Japan, as a reporter and also anchor. She still looks the same as she did in these 2011 pictures, very pretty and nice personality. (I am a man in my 60s, near Boston.)
