Miss India Parvathy Omanakuttam in Beautiful bikini on The Beach


Omanakuttan was born on July 13, 1987 in Kottayam, Kerala, as the first child of Omanakkuttan Nair.

She is originally from Changanacherry and now lives in Mumbai. She was seven months old when she came to Mumbai with her parents, because her father had to join Taj Hotel. She attended SCDB High School and later studied English literature at Mumbai's Mithibai College.

She follows the lineage set by many Keralites in the history of pageants like Shweta Vijay (Femina Miss India Earth 2003), Annie Thomas (Femina Miss India World 1998), Nafisa Joseph (Femina Miss India Universe 1997), Mini Menon (Femina Miss India Asia Pacific 1996) and Shweta Menon (Femina Miss India 1994 2nd runner-up).


Parvathy Omanakuttam is a Indian model and India's representative at the Miss World 2008 competition. She was one of the contestants of Femina Miss India South 2008, a beauty contest organized by Femina, a women's magazine. She got a direct entry into the top ten finalists of the Femina Miss India 2008 after winning the 2008 Femina Miss India South title on December 26, 2007. She also won the Femina Miss South Catwalk and Miss South Beautiful Hair sub-titles.
